I thought I was in trouble when I realized that the thermostat is not working and I may be left without the AC during this horrible heat wave, but fortunately my request was addressed very quickly, and without any issues. My personal THANK YOU to Michael for taking care of my needs!

I've been here at Ivy Hill Apartments now for one year and I have decided to resign for another year. I chose to stay here another year because of the professional staff. Maintenance is always eager to assist and Gerardo goes above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. The property is always very clean and maintained. The manager and Marie are always here to help if anything is ever needed. It's nice to know that the property is always quiet at any time of the day too. A very peaceful setting for tranquil living.

These apartments are being remodeled and the noise is totally unacceptable starting at 8AM. The pounding and drilling goes on till 5 PM and good luck if you want any kind of peace living at Ivy Hill Apartments. The apartments are very average but very pricey for Walnut Creek. One bedroom almost $2,50
